The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The location was key, just a short walk to public transportation and close to restaurants.

The reservation was not honored, we were given a room with shared bathroom instead of the double room with bathroom that we had booked. The WiFi was also very poor and almost unusable.

The location was fantastic, right near the bus terminal and within walking distance to many attractions. We were able to easily explore the city without spending much on transportation. there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for meals.

The bed was uncomfortable and gave me a bit of a backache in the morning. I couldn't open the window due to the fear of pigeons flying in.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great area. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are full of character, with beautiful artwork and comfortable beds. I loved the attention to detail, like the small balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee. The included breakfast was a nice touch and added value to our stay.
